Shipping and Returns
Do you accept exchanges or offer refunds?
Due to the nature of the products and sanitary reasons all sales are final. For this reason, please ensure you double check your order and nail size before placing your order.
Any claims quality/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
It takes 5-10 days for your order to be processed for shipping and another 5-7 business days to ship within the US. Please understand I only have one set of hands to paint, process, and ship the nails. (We don’t offer international shipping just yet!)
What do I do if my package is lost?
Once handed over to the carrier, Seni Co. has no control over the packages. If the address provided was correct, contact the local post company responsible for delivering the package.
General Questions
How many nails come in a set?
Ten nails come in a set, make sure to check your nail measurements before ordering to ensure a proper fit.
How long do the nails stay on?
It is all about application.
1-2 days: Apply a thin strip of glue from your cuticle to tip. Or apply sticky nail tabs to your finger nail and apply adequate pressure when applying the press on nails to your nails. Bring glue with you in case of emergency.
5-7+ days: Apply a pea-sized dot of glue to each natural nail and a little to the back of the press on nails. Spread around, don’t get too close to the skin as the glue will disperse when pressure is applied.
What comes in the package?
Each Seni Co. nail set comes with one prep kit which includes: alcohol prep wipes, cuticle pusher, nail file, nail buffer and nail glue (if you order 2 nail sets, you will receive 2 prep kits etc). Press on nail cases are available separately.
Are the nails reusable?
Yes. Depending on how long you've worn them, and if they are still in good shape once removed, gently buff the back of the press on nail to remove old excess glue and reapply as usual (nail drill would be the best tool to get into the curves of the press-on nail).
